唐子刚,男,1988年6月出生,2019年9月获得东南大学医学博士学位,主要研究方向为食品安全检测,2021年11月任教于宿州学院生物与食品工程学院,在Journal of Chromatography B, Journal of Separation Science, Analytical Chemistry发表SCI论文4篇, 其中第一作者2篇。
